Business Facilitation

Facilitation by Concord Mediation Center helps groups communicate effectively as they work to resolve differences or achieve results.

Our facilitators assist groups with projects such as:

  • Strategic plans
  • Mission, vision, and values statement creation
  • Retreats
  • Addressing internal and external tensions
  • Creating business plans
  • Goal setting

We also have an additional tool to offer businesses, our Organizational Survey and Conflict Assessment. We’ve developed the written organizational survey to use in organizations where conflict interferes with productivity and relationships.  Our facilitators review the surveys and assess the conflict before suggesting facilitation for a business.  Based on the issues identified by the survey, facilitators may suggest mediation between individuals or training tailored to the issues.
