The following standards and ethics apply to all facilitation and mediation sessions coordinated by Concord Mediation Center.

If you believe that a mediator or part of the mediation process does not adhere to these Standards and Ethics, you may, according to the Policy for Approval of Parenting Act Mediators, pursue a grievance, click here for more information on addressing a grievance.
