Facilitation

Facilitation is the process where one or more trained facilitators assist a group of stakeholders in sharing information.  Concord Mediation Center’s trained facilitators serve as neutral third parties who foster communication and problem solving within groups.

Concord Mediation Center offers group facilitation to assist stakeholders as they:

  • Clarify interests,
  • Explore options,
  • Make decisions,
  • Develop outcomes, and
  • Assess progress.

Organizational Survey and Conflict Assessment

Concord Mediation Center has developed a written organizational conflict survey to use in organizations where conflict interferes with productivity and relationships.  Concord Mediation Center facilitators/mediators will review the surveys and assess the findings prior to mediating a dispute between individuals or offering training or facilitation tailored to the issues.
